The poor customer service relates to the way the Company have dealt with a problem regarding the Unit not being able to communicate with the Company App. The matter was identified during the installation and reported again the following day. Having eventually received a call to identify the nature of the problem, I have still to receive the replacement component 17days after the installation.
I am surprised we are asked to do a survey when the engineer failed to get out of bed on the day he was due to come here. Endless phone calls finally located him. We have no stair lift at this point! Hopefully someone will turn up onSaturday to do the job that has been booked for Wednesday.
Stairlift installed within 24 hours of visit by assessor And is giving much assistance to my wife who is suffering from very severe arthritis. All contact with reps was 1st class

The whole process was very efficient. Even checked on filters I bought before but the flow of water was not great because of a broken valve. They fixed it at no extra cost.
I haven't got or need a starlit and soam a bit at a loss as to why I have been invited to give a review? Sorry I'm not able to help.
