I liked the way I was able to choose a carer. I was sent a profile of 2 carers to care for my mother. A 30 minute interview online was arranged. It's always nice to have spoken to someone prior to them arriving to deliver care.
Felt the process of setting up care was professional.
Like the fact a registered nurse is part of the care team.
The carer has been with my mother for just 4 days and can see my mother is very settled and happy.

Excellent product certainly does the job required. Easy to operate and leaves plenty of room on the stairs for other members of the family to get up the stairs
