After a very bumpy start being told the stair lift would not be fitted on the set date .and after a few choice words from me to the person that phoned and the manage of the company it was fitted on the set date by a very pleasent man who did an excellent job even though he was on over time

I don’t think I could have a better job
My wife is very pleased with the Acorn stairlift. She could only find one thing that is slightly inconvenient, which is the footrest, which is tucked somewhat, underneath the chair so that your body tends to lean forward, but bearing in mind the width of the stairs, this is probably necessary.
