The service was very good. Did the fitting on the date we had asked. Overall happy about everything.

I have had a Harvey’s water softener for more than 15 years. It has worked well during that time although it has now started to use less salt. I have enquired about repairs and an upgrade. Repairing my unit is not viable. A replacement is pricey.
Should have switched to Elder years ago. Helping Hands were a headache and heartburn for years. Their front line carers are good but the incredibly expensive unwieldy, inefficient organisation behind will cost you £250 a week more.

Excellent service, did keep ringing though until decision made, also extended warranty very expensive
