Very clean and informative engineer, a few issues not spotted by the sakes rep, but rectified quickly.
Wish we had done this sooner! Just one issue - the fitter put white silicon sealer where the box butts up to our outside wall - the box is brown and wasn't sealed around the bottom or down the sides. My husband called the customer services line, and basically got nowhere at all with having this rectified. Given the standard of the installation it was a big let down from Harveys. The installer however, was very good indeed, despite not having a dark brown silicon sealant on board.
O have to say from start to finish the whole process was hassle free. Very professional from the salesman to the plumber who carried out the installation and the whole team.

All round great experience, from demonstration to installation, communication was great, product quality exceeded my expectations on the demonstration, guys I dealt with were friendly, knew their products, very informative and not pushy ! I can’t honestly say a bad word about them
Waiting for stairlift to be fitted,but uo to now very friendly and professional, with plenty of helpful information, would definitely recommend.
I live in an area with very hard water and have suffered years of skin dryness and irritation. After just over a week from installation of the water softener, my skin feels smooth and irritation free. My hands are soft as though I’ve just applied hand cream. I hope this continues .
