The stairlift was fitted sooner than anticipated and very quickly and efficiently. Also, the customer service is second to none.
Not too happy about the “buy back” figure given on our just over o e year old, working lift. But, hey-ho.
expensive but works well
Excellent all round service, the engineers who fitted the lift arrived promptly, completed their work and left the area very clean and tidy, could not ask for more.
Very comfortable easy to use
The hinge at the bottom is not very good. It affects the smooth running of the lift near the bottom of the stairs. The very bottom of the track moves about an inch as the lift goes up and down and will eventually damage the carpet. Otherwise no complaints. It is what it is a lift to get you up the stairs.
The surveyor came our measured the stairs advised on what needed fitting ie power supply he measured me to make sure there was enough room for me to comfortably travel up and down the stairs his knowledge of the product was excellent,we paid the deposit and the stairlift was fitted within 10days now that’s what I call good service.
Had to attach headboard to bed ourselves (no mean task in our 80's) Motor quite noisy on one side. Otherwise gives a comfortable sleep.
