Sharp practice from sales. Please ensure you get additional quotes. In the small print they do price match although the sales rep will not tell you this. Before payment I was able to obtain another quote for exactly the same stairlift at a discount of 25%. This they matched once I had obtained this in writing.

Well designed ,neat and compact
The worst thing was that they removed my second stair handrail a fortnight before the stairlift was installed. That ws thoughtless.
It does take up a lot more room than I expected.
The cover under the seat does not appear to be secure
Cannot fault it. The relief on my husbands face the first time he came upstairs on it was worth every penny of the cost(nearly £6,00)

Prime care company? The promise of 7 to 10 days fitting went into 24 working days fitted on 25th working day ( Monday -Friday) . Hope their after care is better than initial service . Recommend Prime care services is a big no as they did not even contact us about delays we had to contact them continuously.
