I replaced a straight stairlift with a curved one which was nearly three times as much. I needed a curved one so couldn’t be helped
Stiltz accepted a contract to fit a through lift to specifics they could not offer. They went ahead with the install and fitted a lift to a different spec as we asked for. As a result the installation never got completed and Still is unwilling to solve the problems.
Excellent iam very pleased with my stairlift I should have had one earlier it's great.dont know what I would do without it...
As far as I know my Dad loves the bed .
The power cord was forgotten in the installation however Margaret at Dreams in Paisley was excellent in getting the cord to him and the bed now works perfectly. Thank you very much for a fast and efficient service
Salesman didn't mention 3 days prep works (as well as) 2 for installation). However, our urgent need for need fully met for which am immensely grateful. All staff very pleasant to deal with and VERY tidy - and thorough. One or 2 logistic snags well dealt with.

We purchased the additional overhead light and electronic tray with light but are disappointed in that the tray interferes with allowing a grip for rising and also cannot be used for anything else but reading support or electronic port and charging. The overhead light is not particularly bright. My opinion is that it is overpricedfor its value
