We had the stairlift for one week,but sadly my mum passed away we phoned acorn up to explain this but they said they would not take the lift back which made me very angry
The engineers were very pleasant and very nice showing my wife how to use it.
Arrived on time, tidy ,clean and finished on time overall quite impressed
