Very helpful saleman but am waiting at the moment for a survey to be done to my property to see if I can accomodate a water softener.
I recommend them highly as they are on point and they listen to want the client needs and they make sure that you get just that.

Not yet fitted! But Companion are not the easiest company to communicate with. My 1st contact with them was Feb and the lift is scheduled for fitting 30th May.
I did make a formal complaint but the person answering the complaint basically accused me of lying about some of the things I was not happy about; despite my having expert witnesses who could testify that my mother had been neglected for the last week we had them in.
