Could improve by speeding up time of delivery; although prices are competitive there is scope for some improvement
Everyone I have been in contact with at Elder have been very polite, helpful and made me feel as if they really care rather than just doing a job.
I have been very happy with their service.
The stairlift is bulkier than I expected. Otherwise it is excellent. I would recommend that anyone having one fitted asks to see an example of the actual stairlift before they have one fitted.

£1500 per week, for what is technically 5 days a week is quite a lot to pay out for, especially as the person needing Care did not really need that much care, just overseeing in his own home. I would recommend only use an agency like this when things get much tougher for you and the person needs are greater. I am now looking at hiring independent carers rather than go through an agency, at huge savings.
