Poor service from start to finish
I think the prices are very high but this was very much needed. The lady who came out was very helpful and very nice. The guy that came out to do it brought somebody that he was training to help. The main guys name was Jose he was very nice And explained it all to my husband. It took less time than I thought for him to install it. I would recommend this company. Mostly for the employees.
Not got it installed yet!
Not impressed by the installation team. They were very negative raising a number reasons why they could not go ahead with the installation despite the site having been signed of by the surveyor. They were also very 'off hand' with me. Eventually the Installations Manager arrived and the work proceeded.
To add insult to injury, they failed to clear up after themselves leaving their rubbish behind. Furthermore the 'builder' stood around and on his phone for most of the time.
An amazing service from beginning to installation one week later. Kept their word, met all their deadlines and appointment times. Extremely courteous and tidy. Wish I had decided on Acorn much earlier.
delivery and installation promised in 3 weeks, Morphed
into 6 weeks due to wrong type of rail specified.
then damage to new rail when delivered. Wife marooned in bedroom upstairs for 9wks. In retrospect
should have ordered from more local supplier
