Very speedy delivery despite them being hampered by me having Covid which delayed them. They delivered as soon as I was out of isolation

Never mind about the survey, I’d like to complain about your service. The stairlift was alright for the first five months. But it started giving problems since then. I’ve tried emailing and telephoning you several times, but I’ve been ignored. I had a two year guarantee, but it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.
I would never recommend this company. You are just interested in taking my money. Disgusting after sales. I’m taking this further.
The service was friendly and professional from the off, I was particularly pleased that the surveyor and the fitter were one and the same!
Bought a 2 year old machine
All british product. These salt driven water softeners are causing effluent which is environmentally out of date. This company does not offer re-conditioned ones. The cost is prohibitive. The competition in this area is considerable. They would be well advised to re-consider their options.
The installation blocked access to my inside stop cock, meaning that I cannot turn the water supply off within the house!!
When I reported this the day after installation, they said no one could come out to fix the problem for a further four days . . . let’s hope I do not have a water leak in the meantime!!
