Poor communication and follow up on snags
Our mum moved into Cedars Care Home mid March 22 and we are delighted with the care she has received. She seems fairly settled, although of course not like her old home but unfortunately she could no longer live at home due to severe sight impairment.

The surveyor & engineer were both very personable & answered any questions we had & gave a full demonstration.
The company was very helpful in providing a survey and quotation.
The staff who installed the stairlift were reliable and very tidy and the work met all of our expectations. Highly recommended.
