The fitter who fitted my stairlift had a very bad attitude problem for about three weeks after he fitted it we had problems day after day I would not recommend the Company to anyone else

After needing and using the stairlift for only about 4 months, we never used it again. Acorn refuses to take it back. I am stuck with a $10,000 item I cannot use and cannot sell. Can you help me find someone who will take it off my hands?
My husband unfortunately died whilst still in hospital days after the installation, so never had the opportunity to use or even see the stairlift.
Company refused to take it back for refund. I would have been happy to forfeit the cost of installation and decomissioning.
Didn't go ahead with water softener as too expensive but great service and product.
