Great job!!
I was told I could return or refund product if the product was unused. My mother passed away before getting chance to use it. The customer service member i spoke to was A. Highly insensitive to the situation B. Next to useless at helping C. Told me i couldn't do either. Despite it being within 60 days of having said product installed which at no point did anyone say once installed thats it. I was told at sales pitch that it could be reused or refunded.

Good service from initial discussions to final installation.
Unfortunately the initial lift fitted was not suitable for me so we re ordered a bespoke lift which took some time to arrive. There was a lot of toing and froing but it was eventually sorted out and I now have my much wanted stairlift. Halton couldn't have been more helpful and I would certainly recommend them for the same job without hesitation. I must also point out and thank the men I met who came to work on the lifts. The installation was more complicated than many and took a long time and requires a follow up " make good" visit.
Also, a connection pipe was not secured but was spotted, luckily, before the engineer finished.
