The lift is good but I have been disappointed in time lag to visit after a breakdown - they adverttise 24 hour service which is not round the clock but a promise to visit within 24 hours. This has twice left me overnight without a working lift.

If able, visit a showroom to try chairs, for fit, comfort and needs, before ordering.
The lift worked once till the motor broke down. Took two engineer visits and 4 days till it was fixed
That’s a company issue though.
We had some minor delays due to roof access and requiring scaffolding which was underestimated in the original survey. But everything was resolved quickly and professionally by the anglianrenewables team.
Have t received bed yet so this is an assumption
Great service, from talking through what we wanted, and where it had to go, prompt delivery and fitting and very helpful on any reordering.
I chose Kinetico as I had a number of salt blocks left from the previous water softener which would have been wasted if I had gone to a different manufacturer. I don’t like waste!
