Only Cutomer Service applies. Their initial estimate was lower than competitors. They would not explain what 'shaving a bulkhead' was. They tried to get a deposit before revealing what shaving would cost. Eventually they told me that it would cost £1500 (2 men x 2 days) and we would lose a cupboard. I had already removed timber cladding. The successful bidder, Dolphin, needed no preparatory alteration, were highly professional and cheaper.
I applied for a grant so that I could have a rear entry hydraulic lift,sprinter van although I had teathing problems the 12 months I had to wait was very much worth it
