Chairlift installed on staircase with 2 x 90° bends. When the lift is in its parked position it is very difficult to get past. Also the but at the bottom that comes down so that the seat comes to ground level sticks straight up rather than folding back which we had been led to believe it would. The lift has created 2 accident black spots.

The Sales man was not very good, he said explained about all the payment options and I was interested in one of them but when the fitter came he said it was payment on completion. Also the sales man said there would be some room in the cupboard once the appliance was fitted and this was wrong. The fitter was excellent, and explained everything to do with the water filter.

They came the day after I phoned them and talked us through everything I opted for a reconditioned acorn stairlift for my mum as she is terminally ill .they were here the next day at 8 am and had fitted it 45 minutes later they were polite clean and friendly and showed us how to work everything great service
