Friday 11Jul25…. I am currently sat in the bedroom with my wife who has Motor Neurone Disease waiting for an engineer to come and fix the £5995, 4 week old Acorn Stairlift. I have had to cancel an important appointment dealing with her care this afternoon. Engineer should arrive sometime this afternoon. A very stressful morning and hoping it can be fixed or she will be isolated to the bedroom. So I’m afraid my answers to your survey are not very positive. Peter Waldron
No pressure to buy, gave a price and then left to decide with no sales pressure or unwanted phone calls. Very pleased with service from beginning to end

I found out that the stairlift was second hand and I was being charged for the cost of a new one.
You need to check everything fully before you buy.
