Manager came round before the arranged visit and was v thorough in her questions and investigations, staying 1.5 hours, which gave confidence. Given choice of 2 available carers, chose one who I interviewed. Agency's system of daily email reports helpful. V good care was given, would use again, although some problems with housekeeping.
Unit was installed within 4 working days of my giving the go ahead.
Installation was straight forward with exception of electrics. A power supply through a wall mounted socket is not included and must be supplied by the purchaser. Operation of the unit is well controlled by the built in electronics. Easy to use after a few practice runs.

We don’t have the carport fitted until August but the company was very professional the salesman didn’t try to pressure me just told me what I needed to know and let me decide
Taking up too much salt. 5 salt packets are consumed in a month for 3 people. Customer service is not helping.

Very pleased with my bed now, although I was disappointed that it was delivered a day late and at around 9.00pm and I had to unwrap it which was a mammoth task and then set it up.
Communication from Companion Lifts was appalling. It took months for the job to start. I had to take care of the Building Warrant myself causing much stress.
The actual supplier/fitters were superb. Pollock Lifts.
