I would defiantly recommend acorn stairlifts they are a good company to deal with.My wife is finding it easy to use now and we find she isn't in so much pain now because she hasn't got the climbing or the pulling on the handrail up the stairs.We should have had one much sooner.
Lot of desgn changes are needed. All chairlifts have been the same for many years. Surely a lot of improvements can and should be made.
The lady who greeted us discussed our needs and spoke to Mum with patience and was very attentive. She spent tine discussing options and shining fabric samples. Mum trued different sizes of chairs. The Consultant made sure she was happy with her selection. The order process was great. Delivery was great, on time and delivered with care.
