very knowledgeable very good gentlemen told me a lot regarding the stairlift would recommend to family and friends
We've not had it long enough to make an informed answer to quality etc but, so far it has been excellent
Didn't comply with promises and no one to answer 'phone when having problems. Also very slow to refund payment.
I would be lost without this service.
This company(also k/a Handicare ) do not know the meaning of customer care. Trying to contact them is a joke and if somebody DOES answer the phone do NOT believe that anything you request will happen!! We paid a large deposit at the end of April and after dozens of phone calls and false promises our stairlift was fitted on July 11th!!! Do NOT trust these people!!
As of yet I haven’t actually purchased on so I can’t comment.
As this is our first experience of dealing with a stairlift company we have nothing to compare with .
But in terms of overall service including the agent that we initially met and the engineer that installed the equipment we were very impressed with the efficiency, honesty and empathy.
The only small glitch was a lack of communication and the installation team regarding the critical installation date agreed .
The fitter James was excellent.
The lady was v.nice & knowledgeable, non intrusive. My husband was in bed ina downstairs room, quite undisturbed by the visit. Excellent
