I asked for an informative price and didn't receive it, they want a quick sale, don't like people that think for themselves.
Excellent from start to finish arrived when they stated .quick and expert trades man would recommend them anytime.
On reclining the seat , my feet were left hanging as the extension was too short , I am only 4’ 11” tall so not that good .
I need a stairlift urgently. Are no suppliers even interested?
The service I received was very good the work carried our for installation was efficient and great. I am experiencing the benefits of the soft water. I love it.
The Brooks stairlift is the same product as Acorn but without the hard sell. The rails are flat, white and subtle and don’t look like scaffolding!
A good company to deal with, so far. We opted for a refurbished system at a slightly reduced cost, but now find that the chair grinds a bit noisily after only a few weeks. But they are looking into this for us.
