Prime Stairlifts took £1,400 cash from me as a deposit for two straight stairlifts, their representative, Roy Higgs, then became unavailable by phone and email and I had to ask another company to carry out the installation. A total fraud by Roy and Prime. According to feedback left elsewhere, I'm not the only 'customer' they've stolen money from, there are maony others.

I don't think my husband's carer was representative of the care Elder give. I hope for Elder's sake she wasn't!! She spent an hour in the shower and wanted 2 a day!! never told my husband what she was doing, more interested in her computer and mobile phone. Broke the waste bin. We were not happy as her communication skills were almost zero and in no wy did she offer companionship. We complained to Elder who paid for our new bin lid and they spoke to the carer . The Leodis team from the initial rep visit who measured so carefully to the team of fitters who expertly fitted the stairlift in a difficult situation was 100% excellence . We look forward to using the lift which is a form of future proofing for us . many thanks.
