All they are interested is get the money didn't give brochure in stalled with in a week problem in the first week engineer called the remote wasn't working and the stair lift thumping over the joint engineer said there was nothing wrong called them out again he turned up with a trainer and said there was nothing wrong replaced the battery the trainer said he heard the thumping over the joint so they called the fitters to come and re aline the stair track then we told him the remote was still
From start to finish we have been kept very well informed and everything promised in the initial sales meeting has been delivered. There was a mistake made on the drawing of where the panels were to be installed when the fitters came but they worked it out and we have a very productive system. Since installation we have been self sufficient (1 week of lovely sunshine) without using the grid and actually having to put into the grid as we are making more than we can use! Totally recommend batterie

Fitter was very polite, knowledgeable and tidy. After he left you would not know any work had been carried out. I am very happy with the chair so far. People in office also very polite, not pushy.
