The details of the charges for the annual services given to.me by the salesman prior to purchase were incorrect which caused me to dispute this with the firm. Future purchasers need to watch this but the actual stairlift is excellent. John Willett.
We installed solar panels in our house and also our daughter’s. All our dealings with FR were very efficient and courteous. From initial survey, on same day as first expressing interest, to commissioning 3 weeks later. Technicians ensured everything was left neat & tidy. Particular shout out for Neil, the surveyor, Clare and James in the office, David who commissioned the system (very thorough in explaining things) and the guys who did the installation and whose names I don’t have. Recommend FUt
I feel that the sitting part of the chairs are not going to stand the test of time
