Although the stairlift supplier contacted me quickly, I could not make an appointment immediately because of health issues. I arranged with them to contact me in about 4 weeks time, but have heard nothing since.
The salesman was superb no pressure to sign while he was in our house
Great knowledge of the lifts
The fitter was a fantastic guy worked hard in the blistering heat and was very tidy
He gave a great test drive and explained how our new lift worked .as it was very different to the one it replaced
Our lift is packed with safety switches
And my wife feels safe to use it
Never thought we would need a stairlift, it works very well, is easy to use, doesn't take up too much room, the person it was bought for says it is the best money well spent.
My wife and I have been hugely impressed by the amazing professionalism of all concerned with our lift installation. From the office staff organisers, to everyone else involved - joiners, plumber, electrician, lift engineers, and not least the prompt removers of all the inevitable rubbish. Thank you all most sincerely. We are delighted with our lift, which has already made our lives so much easier.

Such poor customer service and delivery, I cancelled my order after 10 days! They say three days delivery on their website, yeah right!
Worried about the wind effect we decided not go ahead at this time. However this company (Canopiesuk) was the first to respond to our enquiries and therefore the most impressive.
Outstanding customer service! Lift installed withing 4 working days from first phone call from my hospital bed. Could have been 3 days if I had been discharged a day earlier! Every employee so knowledgeable & helpful.
I thought it would help with my arthritic hips but it's no different but the bed is comfortable but I do end up sleeping in my chair
