First lift fitted very poor engineer not up to job and lift was not in good condition but was sorted out quickly after phone call. New lift perfect and they sent engineer few days later to check.

Actual manufacturer not disclosed. Original chair broke down within a few weeks and replaced by a new chair under warranty. I have serious reservations about the quality of chair supplied - we will see. I paid a top price for it and would seriously question value for money when comparing my deal with others on offer.
Quick to get fitted - poor aftercare service and attrocious customer service to try to get problems resolved - stairlift fitted mid july and it has broken down numerous times. would not recommend this company AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!
