Poor medication management processes, poor hygiene levels. Not a great deal of common sense from some carers.
didnt actually provide ANY people to do installation. POOR
Salesman and fitters all very informative and did not rush us. There were some useful extras available on the Stannah stair lift which were of help to my husband who is disabled from a stroke.
Fitter was personable efficient and tidy.
Quality could be improved. Problems with the back popping out of its fitting. However comfortable and mother in law loves it.
Worst company I have ever delt with they recon after they fit the lift a number of repairs after fitting ,break down after break down with a long response.
