It is a bit early to comment on quality etc. i had a problem with the contract and they were not willing to alter the wording until I threatened to withdraw and go elsewhere. I stayed because they were the most professional and it was not all about cost.
It was a lot smoother than I anticipated just wish they sent the same people everyday because as a person with dementia routine is important and he did get a bit stressed when different people kept arriving
I had a KINETIG
I had a KINETICO COMPAC FOR 34years. I had to have the resin replaced once and this needed doing again but I was told it would not be economical. I had no hesitation in having a KINETICO PREMIER fitted and obtained a good price discount for being an existing customer..
Feeling the difference. Should had install earlier.
Acorn have been Exellent from start to finish.Had 3days up to yet very good.Hope after service is as good.Would definitely recommend.
