too early to give a true judgemrnt.
I am not entirely happy with Affordable StairLifts as nearly a month after installation I have received no documentation from them , despite promises. I really doubt their reliability as a company

Cannot say about lift as not fitted yet, but asbestos check they never turned up, no email or phone call, I phoned when they were 2hrs late, told they would fone back nothing happened and got fone call 5 days later coming this wk, hope installation go well for wk commencing 19th September
The arms are too stiff for me to raise and lower them! The footplate is not easy to raise otherwise it is different from the flow 2 from Prism which was perfect but became obsolete and couldn’t be repaired!
Button instructions are not as button operations have asked manufactured for up to date manual but no joy as yet
The foot recliner is nice & high,
Very restful.
