Installed by an independent company who were very efficient and caring but the actual handicare lift is not fit for purpose. Repair man called out 5times in first month after purchase new motor ,new electronics board on seat turn and still not working consistently.Also the seat and footplate are extremely small ,my husband is not a large man 13 stone,and 5’11,nether has he large feet for the plate to accommodate.size 9
Disgraceful company all round. Shocking communication, poor organisation. Have reported to solar together London and HIES.
