Arranging care for my mother has been a whole new experience, I think lifted staff are very helpful ,the app giving daily notes was completed by the second carer and very useful , lets you know how things are going ,a good reference.
The Engineer/Fitter was outstanding and if I was reviewing him alone he would get 5 stars. Unfortunately
there was an issue with the warranty and this was dealt with very unprofessionally by customer services and staff at HQ.
I was organising the purchase of the lift for an elderly neighbour , this is the second stair lift I have been involved with purchasing (this was the first from Acorn) and in this case I would be very hesitant in recommending Acorn to anybody
