My entire experience was very good. Unfortunately it was not the right timing for our family. The sales representative, Ron, was excellent and very informative. If we purchase a stairlift in the future, we'll choose Acorn if it's financially feasible for us.

Really poor customer service and organisation

I chose to buy a reconditione4d stairlift and thus saved about 10% on the new price. The stairlift was delivered and fitted within two days of my ordering it and appeared to be in near pristine condition.
The stairlift did develop a fault after a week of use but the engineer arrived very promptly and had it fixed within 30 minutes.
All inb all I would highly recommend Acorn Stairlifts.
Very organised and extremely knowledgeable.
The product met all expectations as well as the service provided.
Delivery timing accurate with a confirmation phone call that our chair would shortly be delivered.
Chair assembled quickly no fuss and all packaging removed and taken away.
Very professional and helpful throughout, would recommend.
I didn't go ahead with any quotes so I can't really comment
