All problems sorted promptly
The problem was rectified but it took a lot shouting and foot stomping and we had paid half the cost up front. A lesser person would have been stuck with a badly sited stairlift.
Unsure what to expect after 'keen' advertising and promotional offers, sales, wary of home visits with no pressurise, so tried supplier retail outlet instead
just wanted a price for a bed but just wont give a price alI they seem to want is to visit your home I'm not happy with that a price and picture or a store to visit
From enquiry to fitting, the service was excellent and the Thyssen Flow 2 stairlift is excellent.
I got this through social services and yes it's old but does the job and adjusts, although the mattress is becoming uncomfortable
I needed a mobility scooter that would fold as well as go up steeper inclines. The Ren mobility scooter met my needs.
