I have very mixed feeling for this water softener. The product itself is excellent, it softens my water. Both the sales pitch and installation went well. I had this softener installed in the wooden box provided, outside my kitchen window, to save using a kitchen cupboard. I was told that the arc app would work, to let me know when salt needed topping up. This proved not to be the case due to ‘internet strength’ and distance between my softener and Wi-Fi box.
