Hopeless
Salesman preferred to listen to his own voice rather thon the customer, hence messed up the order!
All very good except installed 2 weeks later than expected.
Unfortunately my wife had to go into a care home shortly after receiving the stairlift. It was invaluable when she was at home. It was speedily installed with the minimum of fuss. When I rang Acorn to see if they would buy it back. They told me that I was still within 14 days of purchase. They took the lift back and refunded me all the money. They are an excellent firm to work with.
The one and only product I've purchased is a Riser/recliner chair.
To expensive for me.
Had it installed the last week in August this year and has already broke down twice . Waiting for a new box to be fitted should have been done last week. Rung 3 times still waiting for the person who installed it to get in touch.
My order from day 1 went very smoothly.Excellent staff .Surely will recommend to friends & family.
