One of the most disorganised companies I have ever dealt with. I have underfloor heating and they fitted a stairlift knowingly that I could not use as the upper and lower terminals could not be fixed to the floor. Further examination found that that they had no map for the underfloor tubing nor even the electricity cables.They said I had to do this myself.. It took seven weeks to correct the faults using the "Resolutions Department". Appointments for carpenters and fitters were not coordinated
