Very impressed from beginning to end of the process. The stair lift itself is elegant, on a mono rail rather that two rails and works wonderfully.
I have had the stairlift for a number of years as it was provided by my social worker but in the summer it stopped working and i phoned them up to arrange for an engineer to come and look at it. However they said that it was out of warranty and i needed 2 new batteries and a service charge unless i paid for a new warranty monthly plan which altogether cost me £490. Not happy!!!

when ordering specifically asked for external bed frame dimensions due to fitted furniture restrictions.On delivery frame was 2" wider than stated had to have furniture modified.Oak mobility did pay compensation.Bed sheets should have been delivered with bed but came 23 days later
Bought mine from Dorset Water Centre, Dorchester, Dorset, to replace a 30 year old Kinetico that wasn't working properly.

The lift has made the world of difference in that the staircase at the end of the day is no longer that nasty challenge that you hope you can achieve! It certainly does the job.
