The stairlift itself is fine. But my parents were let down on the day of installation by the fitter not turning up, despite several phone calls to the company they did not return the calls. Finally told the fitter not coming, however, this was a Friday afternoon the staircase had been prepared for fitting so there the handrail had been removed. I was away now so could not refit the handrail (my parents are 90, father immobile and mother with mobility problems). They did not have the lift ins
