As existing customers we got a very good deal on a new system. 25 year’s service from them. Highly recommended.
1) They did NOT build the chair to the specification I had requested.
2) They built it to the specification they THOUGHT would be suitable for me.
3) I had to remind them "that the customer is always right".
4) At THEIR request We have had the fiasco of a local company, close to where I live attempting to put it right for an ADDITIONAL £1,099. They have failed me miserably.
