The whole thing is outsourced to different groups, The pollock guys were great, as we the asbestos guy (cost twice the going rate for meter square removal)
Was supposed to have started on November 21st but wasn’t done till December 20th

Very pleased makes life easier. Although it is not quite the noise it makes is bearable. Very Easy use operate.
Paid express delivery on 20/12/2022 and had a delivery time of 16.30 to 18.30 on21/12/2022, it was cancelled by courier on the day. Still not received my delivery as 30/12/2022
Only problem is when running drinking water the noise when the filter take is refilling but it only takes a few minutes. The bonus is no more lime scale at all the shower needs cleaning very little.
I had a Monarch Water Softner bought from this shop for 20 years, so when it needed replacing a few weeks ago, in my mind it was the only place to go for a replacement. The staff are so knowledgeable, and I really do not think they would recommend anything that they didn’t feel was a good product. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Proper tradesmen who know what they are talking about, not just trying to sell you something!! Brilliant service.
Very pleased with stair lift
When they came to survey they guaranteed that the stairlift would be installed within 7 days. I paid the deposit and heard nothing from them. I chased and was told it would be 14 days.
Then they rang me and said they couldn't do it in 14 days and couldn't give a guaranteed date of installation. When I complained I was told I was being unreasonable.
I fought for a refund, went with Acorn and it was installed within 3 days.
