Have been waiting for instillation since before Christmas as was promised.
Had Harveys come round to give me a quote after 3 weeks, heard nothing, filled in the survey for them to send other companies round, yet again they mentioned Harveys, informed them that i still had not heard anything from Harveys. Within a couple of hours the sales rep called to apologise that he thought he had sent the quote and would resend, still waiting. Done my own research and got 3 other companies to come round and give me a quote. I am having my water softener fitted next week - not b
the Acorn stair lift is noisy and clunky when compared to our previous Stannar stair lift
Fitting was a breeze and I am already finding the stairlift very useful and easy to use. And the dog has finally accepted that this is not an invader from outer space, ha s stopped barking at it and now escorts me up and down. Highly recommended.
Overall a very efficient process from initial survey to installation. .
We required one to be fitted urgently . Surveyed and ordered on Friday with installation completed the following Monday morning..

Water softener has only been installed for one month so rather early to review satisfaction.
