Installer left barcodes on rail elements which caught in movement so kept stalling but acorn provided engineer within hours who fixed problem completely
Then at no cost gave us a toggle switch to recall chair easier for arthritic hands than pressing button continuously
Ableworld were really helpful & gave great advice. My father in law is very pleased with his reconditioned stair lift which was excellent value for money. We weren’t sure he would use it but he loves it! Service was prompt & the fitter was a lovely guy & very efficient & tidy.

I was quoted for a hme lift. Sailsman said the lift was fine for my weiht & size. I ws happy & paid my deposit. A survey had to be done before any work could start. He came at noon & at 12.02. He said ''it wasn't fit for purpose'' & ''i had been wrongly advised''. My weight was over the limit & he doubted that ''i would fit in the lift safely''. The order was cancelled there & then. He was ''unable to understand the advice i had been given. He wasn't happy, neither was I. He was very apologetic
Communication so far has been good. Panels look good. Fitters were excellent. They made sure the panels look balanced on the roof. They made sure the app was up and running before they left. System so far is working well.
