The seat was originally hard and not very comfortable if you were confined to the chair for a long time but after three weeks it is getting better.
CareCo promised 7-10 day delivery. Chairs took over 2 weeks to arrive. No information or warning from CareCo. The chairs are very good though. Very comfy.

The bed provided was not what I wanted and the agent was deceptive,the Mattress was terrible and the bed itself was not what I ordered and to top it all the price was double what I could have paid from another provider ,i would recommend that anyone buying a bed from them should check with another company for the same product
Harvey’s water softener is really good to keep body and home appliances clean and shiny.
Explained the situation to South Wales Mobility …they acted swiftly and all completed within 48 hours.
Helpful friendly fitters and the owner was fantastic too
