The sales person gave us the distinct impression that the
installation work was very simple,it wasn't!
The technical person confirmed that the lift could be installed
at an angle in the corner of the study. It couldn't.He had
not allowed for the width of the reinforcement beams.
So,we had to accept the lift square on in the living area,which
Is not what we wanted,or expected.
