Just wish the foot plate was adjustable,mum cant put her feet on it,the belt is no good for Mum with arthritic hands she cannot undo clip,height of swivel lever,mums arms very short hard to reach.
Despite these blips,Billy ur installer was lovely,so patient with a wobbly 94yr old,smooth running lift and faster ascending etc stairs than expected.
Mum still nervous but neighbours have been round to give approval,she wont listen to me when I tell her the benefits,but listens to them who have told

Great chair. Perfect for mum. Heats up, vibrates, reclines and rises. Extremely comfortable and great quality.
Sales team were speedy and efficient unfortunately, despite reassurances and countless phone calls/emails the installation team did not reflect this. Eventually I was informed of an appointment on a day I hadn't agreed to but waited in anyway and no one turned up. two phone calls to the team did not result in any explanation or apology. I will not be using them. Shame on you Harvey's.
