Would love to have given an opinion on other stairlift providers, however, still waiting for companies to contact me. Acorn responded immediately and thus were awarded the contract. Very happy with Acorn installation and service, can recommend them to anyone, other companies need to up their game to secure new business.

All went nicely to plan for my Dad's stairlift.
Engineer was polite and punctual , and did a tidy job fitting then demonstrating lift.
They have not delivered the beds to my home. They were supposed to do this by last Friday. We waited all day for the delivery, Nothing happened NO apology so far. I complained on last Friday at about 06 PM.

Still waiting for paperwork, guarantee, invoice etc after install 3 weeks. Despite requests!
