Just one thing, the seating is a bit “firm” when sitting for long periods, have bought myself a memory foam cushion.

i called with some concerns about my stairlift shaking when i go up and a rubbing metal when going up and down. i was told these concerns were normal. the shaking of the line and the rubbing metal sound is not normal to me. and whoever i spoke with was rude and condescending. i am going to call again. and this stairlift was installed only 5 weeks ago. but i must add the salesperson who came out was awesome.
Over the phone and by email, they provided multiple versions of the product, but once it was installed, they changed the conditions and ordered that the device be accepted in its current condition.
They have very bad communication skills, their call center in India never had any true information about the customer, and they are a complete fraud company, which is why I am now legally making my claim.
My back is still painful after sitting in the chair as it is in my current arm chair. However, I have great expectations for the massage system. My legs seem to have more power so I am looking forward to seeing how I improve over the weeks.
Engineer very clean and tidy. I went with Companion as their turn round was 4 days - very important as my husband discharge from hospital was in 5 days!
